In accordance with Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR, which approves the Regulations for Travel and Tourism Agencies, LLAMA PATH E.I.R.L has signed the Code of Conduct Against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA).

Through this, we reaffirm our organizational code of ethics and firmly reject, denounce, and condemn any form of sexual abuse or exploitation of minors in Peru and around the world.

What can we do to prevent this problem from growing?

• Maintain a clear stance of rejection toward ESNNA and warn of the criminal penalties involved.
• Immediately report any case of ESNNA to the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the National Police.
• Keep the following emergency contact numbers on hand:
  • Ministry of the Interior: Hotline 0800-2-3232
  • Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (Emergency Women’s Center): Line 100
  • National Police (nearest police station), Public Prosecutor’s Office
  • Child and Adolescent Ombudsman Offices

We fully support, adhere to, and promote the law that penalizes the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.

At our agency:

We do not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, nor any other criminal activity that may come to our attention during the course of our work, in accordance with Law No. 29408.

If you become aware of any case involving the sexual exploitation of minors under 18 years old, do not hesitate to report it.
