Inca Trail prices 2010 !
(1) Inca Trail Group (comfort) service prices 2010: The price of our group service for tours leaving from 1st March 2010 are:
Prices are for all groups leaving from 1st March 2010 to 31st January 2011.

USA$455 (students with a valid ISIC card scanned and sent to us by email).
Our prices guarantee a respectful and fair -actually- the best porter’s treatment on the trail!
Discounts:
We offer an extra $20 discount per person for groups of 4 or more people leaving on the same date and trek (must book together).
Children discounts:

Children younger 9 to15 YO can book with the student rate $450.00 (need to scan and email passports).

Children 7 YO or younger can have an extra $80.00 discount!
PLEASE NOTE: When filling out the booking form please confirm us a date and a back-up date so that we are able to book this immediately if necessary (ie. if
there are no spaces for your preferred date). This avoids delays in sending and responding to emails and the possibility of missing a booking for even your alternative date.
VERY IMPORTANT:A $190 non-refundable deposit per person is requierd for any of our Inca Trail treks.
- This deposit is used to buy your Inca Trail and porters' permits and all sales taxes.
The night before your trek there will be a pre-trek talk (brieffing) in our office at either 6 or 7pm (exact time will be confirmed).

NA: These dates are not available to leave on the Inca Trail with the Group (Comfort) service EXCEPT if you are a group of 4 or more people and the Inca Trail still has spaces available.

IMPORTANT: Inca Trail Departures for the Private (Imperial) Service 4 day, 5 day or for the 7day Salkantay trek can leave on ANY date you wish as long as the Inca Trail still has spaces available.
Inca Trail Private Services Price 2010
The price of our Imperial (private) service (4 days or 5 days) depends very much on the number of people in your group (more people less price). In this service no other people you don't know/want will be part of your group unlike the group (comfort) service in which you can be a part of a group of up to 16 people from different countries, ages, gender, level of fitness, etc, etc.
Private service is generally recommended for families traveling with children, honeymooners, older people, group of friends, etc, etc
